410 <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL IL NCH 15. l977 _ - <br /> Malyoor Waschmk called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.K. with the <br /> following Council members present: DiLorsuso, Caranci, DiCarlo, <br /> Would and DelPiaao. Councilman Domenico arrived late. Others pre- <br /> sent: City Attorney Joss, City tngineer White, City Planner Dry, <br /> City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Administrator Burl, City Treasurer <br /> Masson. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OP MINUTES Mayor Waschak and council approved the <br /> minutes of the last meeting as read. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> DRCOG Council authorized the publication of <br /> the DRCOG committee vacancy for the City <br /> representative. <br /> WARD ANNEXATION Councilman Caranci moved that a public <br /> SET PUBLIC HEARING hearing on the Ward Annexation request be <br /> scheduled for April 19, 1977. Seconded by <br /> Councilman McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> LOUISVILLE AUTOBODY This property located at 1100 Pine Street. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that the Louis- <br /> ville Autobody be granted the special <br /> use. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. - <br /> Motion carried. <br /> DOMINO'S LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Joss reported that the application <br /> APPLICATION - SET Was in order and the FBI check is in pro- <br /> PUBLxC HEARING greas. <br /> Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the public <br /> hearing for Domino's Liquor license be <br /> set for April 19, 1977. Seconded by <br /> Councilman McDonald. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Building Inspector Stephan recommended to <br /> ALTERNATE MEMBER appoint -- Tim Stephan as the alternate <br /> member of the Board of Adjustment. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that Tim Stephan <br /> be appointed to the position. Seconded by <br /> Councilman McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> POLICE VEHICLE BIDS Chief Munger stated that it is the police <br /> departmentâ–  recommendation that the Chev. <br /> Nova be purchased. <br /> The vehicle would be received in a period <br /> of 90 to 120 days. <br /> Chief Munger stated that all three vehicles <br /> are being used alternately. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo asked what was being done <br /> with the junk vehicles. <br />
