City Administrator Report <br /> A. Front Street Request - closure Labor Day. I have been <br /> requested by Ed. Wickline and he apparently has had dis- <br /> cussion with Mr. Turner of Waldo's and they are requesting <br /> permission to close Front St. from Pine No. to Spruce <br /> to provide for a band and other activities. No liquor <br /> will be served on the street. <br /> B. Broomfield Comp Plan discussion. We have been advised <br /> by the County as of today that the Broomfield Comp Plan <br /> will be considered by Boulder County Long Range Planning <br /> Commission on August 24, 1977. We hope to have prepared <br /> our comments by Council meeting and review that plan <br /> with you. <br /> C. Public Official Liability Insurance. I have enclosed in <br /> the packet a copy of the cost for public official liability <br /> insurance that would cover the Mayor, Council, City <br /> Administrator and other department heads. <br /> D. Parkwood Filing #3 - Report. We have enclosed in the <br /> packet a copy of the preliminary sketch plan showing <br /> the request that Wood Bros. wants to subdivide the <br /> residential high density land in the north west corner <br /> of their project south of the trailer park into single <br /> family dwellings. <br /> E.
