BID TABULATION FOR Mr. Wurl stated that bids were called STORM SEWER PROJECT for an a bid tabulation was made up with Binder Construction being the low bidder at $73,501.65. It was staffs recommendation that Council approve Binder Construction subject to completion of the paperwork. Councilman DiL,orenso moved that Binder Construction be awarded the storm sewer project at the bid of $73,501.65. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Mr. Wurl stated that the construction company has been doing pipe line work for the past 14 years. After comments, roll call was takes. DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yea, DiCarlo yes, Dhi.ux yes. Motion carried. FEE - MUNICIPAL CODE BOOKS Mr. Wurl reported that each book cost the City about $81.00 so after cutting the cost the fee of the book averages out to $40.00 each. Councilman DelPizso moved that the City Municipal Code be sold to the public for $40.00 each. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. Attorney Joss noted that the yearly supplement will be an additional urge. CORRESPONDENCE MT. Wurl reviewed correspondence stating that the letter from Urban Drainage Control showed that only a few cities responded to their request, Louisville being one of them. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrator report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried.
