O • Oatobar 4 1177 ELECTION JUDGES CONTINUED WARD III - Marion D'Hallicourt, ithal Lawrence and Macy Parkin. Councilmen DslPisso moved that the election judges be approved. Seconded by Council- men DiLorenso. Notion carried. LAKE PARK INFROVEMENTS Mr. Wurl stated that bids_were opened on AWARD BID September 30, 1977, with Colorado Curb and Gutter being the low bidder at $53.717 for the development of Lake Park. He also stated that there was a miscalculation of quantities in the documents, so plans are that the job will be about $1,000 more. After comments, Councilman Caranci moved that Colorado Curb & Gutter be awarded the bid for Lake Park Improvements • in the amount of $53,717. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Dhteux yes. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no audience comments. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT Attorney Joss reported on the Ciro. con- ference he attended. He stated that it was very beneficial With nothing more to report Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT COLORADO WATER CONGRESS Mr. Wurl stated that they have requested REQUEST that the City support the Water Education Information Program. It was staff recom- mendation that the City donate $100 to become a sponsor. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the City donate $100 to the Colorado Water Congress. to become foundation sponsors. Grant/Loan and stated that the City will know by next Monday if the have received their money or not.
