Mr. Wurl stated that the resolution guarantees the government that these things will be dons and therefore the City will receive their grant money. He stated that it will be used for storm severs, water lines, sidewalks curb and gutters, etc. in the industrial park. After comments Councilman Domenico moved that Resolution #12 be adopted. Councilman Mario moved that the City Attoreny's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Domenico Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATORS REPORT FmHA LOAN & GRAFT REPORT Mr. Wurl stated that he has gotten the papers on the applications and is awaiting confirmation of approval. CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wur1 reviewed the correspondence. SIDEWALK CURS IMPR)VEMZNTS Mr. Wurl stated that as permited by Coun- cil at the last meeting he has called for quotes on the project with spaulding concrete being the low bidder at $10,519.50 Hs requested that Council approve the'bid and the work can begin this year. Councilman Dhisux moved that Spaulding Concrete be awarded the project at a bid of $10,519.50. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call DslPizzo yes, Damenito yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes , DiLorenro yes, Dhieuz yes. Motion carried. LACE PARE Mt. Wurl reported that construction of Lake Park has begun. With nothing more to report, Councilman Dhi.ux moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried.
