Four laning of Highway 287 from Broomfield to Dillon Road <br /> 2. Four laning of the proposed by-pass of Highway 287 around <br /> Lafayette. <br /> a. Immediate determination of alignment <br /> b. Immediate acquistion of Right-of-way <br /> c. Construction <br /> 3. The installation of signal lights at Highway 42 and Highway <br /> 287. <br /> 4. Interchange S. 96th Street and U.S. Highway #36. <br /> a. Accomplish prerequisite studies <br /> . b. Right-of-way acquistion <br /> c. Construction <br /> S. Improve the sight distance at the Superior interchange of <br /> U.S. 36 as the bridge railing obstructs the view of traffic, <br /> both the North and South bound exit traffic as they meet <br /> Dillon Road. <br /> COUNTY HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> 1. Widen South Boulder Road from Highway 287 to U.S. 36 to <br /> include four travel lanes and turn bays at major intersections. <br /> 2. The improvement of Daly and Delaney Road accesses to Louisville <br /> and the construction of the Daly-Delaney Road by-pass to the <br /> South of Louisville connecting Highway 42. <br /> 3. The realignment of South 96th Avenue at Murphy Hill to correct <br /> the two dangerous curves. <br /> 4. The extension of Via Appia South to Delaney Road. <br />
