Chenoweth, LORA Director AG <br /> Subj: FY 1978, CDBG Application <br /> Date: December 1, 1977 <br /> Enclosed for your consideration are the Minutes from <br /> Citizen', Input meetings held by LORA in the Community <br /> Building on November 10, 1977 and November 22, 1977. <br /> A . <br /> The LURA Board will review the Citizen's Input at <br /> their regular meeting of December 13, 1977, and will submit <br /> their recommendations to you for your consideration. <br /> I recommend that you, the City Council, at your meeting <br /> of December 6, 1977, set a date for a Public Hearing to pro- <br /> vide citizens an adequate opportunity to speak of needs, <br /> express preferences about proposed activities, assist in the <br /> selection of priorities, and otherwise participate in the <br /> development of the application. Dennis Drumm and I recommended <br /> in a Memo to City Council dated November 8, 1977, that this <br /> Public Hearing be set for December 20, 1977. <br />
