Roz Camps 641 Main Street Lefe McClard 119 Aline Street Dennis Drumm City Planner, Louisiille Joy McClard LURA Secretary Chairman Lundberg introduced himself and staff and explained the Purpose of purpose of the meeting, stating the eligible activities and those Meeting not eligible under the Community Development Block Grant Program, 4th Year funding of $133,000. Dennis Drumm, City of Louisville City Planner, displayed an overlay City Planner map of City improvements and projects using City and CD funds: Street overlay, water lines, storm sewer, sanitary sewers, City park- ing at Front Street and City Hall. He also listed different parks, tennis court re-surfacing, new lighting at Miner's Field, waste water treatment plant, alley improvements, sidewalk and curb improvements, work at the cemetery, equipment for Public Works Department. David E. Chenoweth, LURA Director, also used an overlay map of Louis- LURA Director ville showing rehabilitated housing segment of CD program. 1st and 2nd year funding was $91,000; 3rd year, $67,000; Colorado Division of Housing grant, $44,000; HUD 312 loans: $150,000 for a total of $352,' . +. We have spent $317,000 with a balance of $35,000 and have applied for $67,000 Colorado State Division of Housing grant for rehab purposes.
