The Connwnity Development Pro- <br /> gram is for a total of 5 years, total grant of $800,000; past 3 years <br /> we have received $600,000, and agaln,this.year $133,000, next and final <br /> year is $67,000. <br /> Leon Wurl, City Administrator, displayed overlay maps of current City City Adminlstrato: <br /> activities; also described future plans for City improvements; i.e., <br /> elderly housing with 30 units should be started after the first of the <br /> year with FNMA funding; Coweunity Identity Program - Logo signs, tree <br /> planting program. Christmas lights and decorating, new railroad crossin. <br /> and traffic pattern improvements on South Boulder Road & Main Street; <br /> possible open space acquisition if funding-is available; Centennial <br /> Committee with the Parks & Recreation Dept. to begin planning work on <br /> Recreation Center for Louisville. <br />
