DiCat'3.o, <br /> tibias= and Dsltisao. Councilmen Domenico arrived late. Others pre- <br /> sent: City Ad'dnistarator Wort, City Attorney Jose, City Treasurer <br /> Beason end City Clerk Santini. Absent: City Planner Drumm. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br /> minutes as read. <br /> ENCLOSURES Councilman DiLoranso saved that the <br /> enclosures be accepted and brought up <br /> vender the proper bead of business. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> FIRE DEPT. LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Joss noted that all proper <br /> publications and postings were made re- <br /> garding the Louisville Volunteer Fire <br /> Department special liquor license. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> Thor* were no comments for or against; the <br /> public hearing was then closed. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that the liquor <br /> license for the fire department be approved <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll <br /> call. DelPizzo yes. Caranci yes, Dhieux <br /> yes. Di Carlo yea, DiLorenzo yes. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> SOtTI'HLAND CORP. Attorney Joss noted that all proper pub- <br /> 3.21. BEER LICENSE lications and postings were made re- <br /> D8A 7-11 STORE gardin the Southland Corp. liquor license. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> Mr. Barry Lance and Mr. Dan Ogilvie spoke <br /> in favor of the license approval. <br /> There were no comments against the license. <br /> Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that the 5.2% <br /> beer license for Southland Corp. dba 7-11 <br /> be approved. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DelPizzo. Councilman DiCarlo asked if the <br /> address given vas sufficient. Mr. Joss <br /> stated that there Was no problem. <br /> Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, DiCarlo <br /> yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, Dheiux yes, <br /> DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> BINDER OONSTRUCtiON Councilman Csrsnci moved that pay estimate <br /> PAY ESTIMATE #1 #1 in the amount of $45,544.85 be made to <br /> STORM SEWER Binder Construction for work on Storm <br /> Sewer project. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiCarlo. Roll call. Caranci yes, DiCarlo <br />
