Motion carried. <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> PROPOSED OPTION ON Mr. Wurl stated that Hr. Mechem in the <br /> INDUSTRIAL LAND option agreement, wants to put down <br /> $250 for a ninety day option with the <br /> right to a second ninety day option <br /> which he would be willing to pay $500 <br /> at the time that option is in effect. <br /> He has agreed to the minimums price of <br /> $26.000. He has an additional provision <br /> in the agreement - the City has an <br /> application with PIMA for a grant on <br /> the second phase of the industrial land <br /> improvements. Mr. Wurl stated that <br /> FmilA is not sure if the City will be <br /> getting the grant, and in the option <br /> it states that if the improvements are <br /> not made, then the option on the land <br /> is no longer in effect. Deadline date <br /> is May 10. 1978 on the agreement. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo felt that the agree- <br /> ment is asking for too much time. <br /> After discussion, Councilman DelPizzo <br /> moved that the option be approved. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Caranci. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ANNUAL WATER-SEWER TAP Mr. Wurl stated that he would like Coun- <br /> INCREASE cil to authorize the City Attorney to <br /> draw up an ordinance that would allow <br /> the staff to change the tap fees in <br /> the early part of the year, then as it <br /> stands now. <br /> Council felt that the dates should be left <br /> as they are. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo then moved that the <br /> annual water and sewer tap increase <br /> come up at the annual date that it <br /> originated in 1977. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Kilker yes, <br /> Caranci no, Meier yes, DelFizzo yes, <br /> DiLorenzo no, Di Carlo yes. Motion <br /> carried. <br />
