Councilman Caranci moved that the City Attorney's report bo accepted and placed . on file. Seconded by Councilman Dilorenso. Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT PROPOSED OPTION ON Mr. Wurl stated that Hr. Mechem in the INDUSTRIAL LAND option agreement, wants to put down $250 for a ninety day option with the right to a second ninety day option which he would be willing to pay $500 at the time that option is in effect. He has agreed to the minimums price of $26.000. He has an additional provision in the agreement - the City has an application with PIMA for a grant on the second phase of the industrial land improvements. Mr. Wurl stated that FmilA is not sure if the City will be getting the grant, and in the option it states that if the improvements are not made, then the option on the land is no longer in effect. Deadline date is May 10. 1978 on the agreement. Councilman DiCarlo felt that the agree- ment is asking for too much time. After discussion, Councilman DelPizzo moved that the option be approved. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. ANNUAL WATER-SEWER TAP Mr. Wurl stated that he would like Coun- INCREASE cil to authorize the City Attorney to draw up an ordinance that would allow the staff to change the tap fees in the early part of the year, then as it stands now. Council felt that the dates should be left as they are. Councilman DiCarlo then moved that the annual water and sewer tap increase come up at the annual date that it originated in 1977. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Kilker yes, Caranci no, Meier yes, DelFizzo yes, DiLorenzo no, Di Carlo yes. Motion carried.
