February !. 1l78 <br /> 411 Minutes - pass 11 <br /> METRO COUNCIL DISCUSSION Councilman bier reported that at the <br /> CONSORTIUM MgETING Consortium melting it was voted un- <br /> animously to be excluded from the <br /> Metropolital Council. <br /> THANK YOU TO COMMISSIONERS Councilmen Bilker requested that the <br /> City s.ndta letter to the Commissioners <br /> thanking tiros for the gravel. <br /> BAD TASTING WATER Councilman DelPizzo stated that he has <br /> received two complaints about bad <br /> tasting and smelling water. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that he hasn't heard <br /> anything about it and would check to <br /> see what may be causing it. <br /> WASTING PAPER Councilman DelPizzo asked if there was <br /> soma way that articles from different <br /> folders that would be needed later could <br /> be pulled and redistributed instead of <br /> rerunning. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that it is more difficult <br /> to keep track of then to just rerun <br /> copies. <br /> SIDEWALKS Councilman DelPizzo asked about the <br /> sidewalks that should be installed by <br /> the school district. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that it is difficult <br /> to force the district to put in the <br /> walks. The matter needs to be brought <br /> up during budget time for them to <br /> appropriate the necessary funds to <br /> complete the work. <br /> Councilman Ditorenzo moved that the <br /> Council comments and committee reports <br /> be accepted and placed on file. Se- <br /> conded by Coucntlnan DiCarlo. <br /> Motion carried <br /> APPROVAL OF BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills for <br /> the month of January totalling $167,487.89. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that the bills <br /> be accepted and checks issued for the <br /> same. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Councilman Diiorenzo moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned. Seconded by <br /> Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11:50 P.M. <br />
