Bid will be let <br /> to successful bidder within 60 days maximum. <br /> Report was reviewed -.Chenoweth alerted the group to possible problem d) Rehab Report <br /> with Job #153, i.e, time extension on the job due to shortage of mater <br /> ials, i.e. , sheetrock and storm windows, etc., owner feels that con- <br /> tractor should pay past due Public Service bill as she was not living <br /> in house during part of the rehab. Another concern on same job is <br /> the roof; during the original inspection in spring, 1977, the roof <br /> looked okay; it is now leaking. It is possible the roof will need <br /> stripping due to the 2 or 3 coverings the roof is supporting at this I <br /> time. Chenoweth suggests using State funding with a non-interest <br /> loan to pay for the new roof. Discussion. notion by Stead: Secure <br /> a separate bid to be presented at the next meeting, for re-roofing <br /> job =153. Seconded by Lundberg. Carried unanimously. <br />
