BEGLIAlt 1a3EUE LOUISVILLE CITY OR1EIL igtRC 17, 1978 Kayor tiascbak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.N. with the following Council sabers present: DiCarlo, DiLorenzo, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and De1Piszo. Others present; City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Jose, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hasson and CS.ty Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OP MmUT'ES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the February 21, 1978, meeting as read. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the en- closurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS MAIN STREET PARKING Nr. Wurl read Resolution #8. Series 1978. RESOLUTION #8 regarding parking restrictions on Main St. Councilman DelPizzo stated that he felt Resolution #8 should be disregarded and that Resolution #7 should be voted upon. Councilman Caranci stated that this was tried once before by Council and it did not work. Councilman DelPizzo then stated that he felt both Resolutions #7 and #8 should be disregarded and that Fantasyland be allowed to use their front entrance. He stated that with the resolutions. there will be more problems. Mr. Wurl stated that in order for Fantasy- land be able to use their front entrance Resolution #7 would need to be adopted. Councilman DiLorenzo asked Attorney Joss if he found anything about curbs in front of schools being painted yellow. Attorney Joss stated that he checked and could not find anything. other then it is the power of the fire marshall to de- signate a fire lane. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution 48 be adopted by Council and that Resolution #7 be automatically adopted. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Roll call. DelPizzo no. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes. Kilker yes DiLorenzo yea. Motion carried. - ar.. _ rte .., ,: 16.
