411 April 18, 1978 utes - page 4 LION #13 ADOPTION Attorney JOss stated that a Resolution MESA POINT - FINAL PLAT recommending the approval was included by the Planning Commission. Attorney Joss, read Resolution #13, Series 1978. Mr. Don Shonkwiler gave • brief presentation- on the request. Councilmen DelPizzo commented on the `• ,' street naming and felt that Hawthorn St: should continue as Hawthorne St. all the way around and not change names since the street is not breaking. Mr. Wurl stated that the reason it is like this was so that it would not be so con- fusing and that there will be street signs installed. After comments Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Resolution #13, Series 1978 be adopt- ed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call vote: DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. RESOLUTION #14 Attorney Joss stated that the Planning LOUISVILLE NORTH SIXTH Commission is recommending the approval of FILING the Final Plat. Mr. Ray Shelton was present and gave a brief presentation stating that the requirements have been met. Mr. Drumm stated that the streets will be more narrow and there will be off street parking for the units. . ttorney Joss read Resolution #14. Coun- cilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution #14, Series 1978 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Carmel. yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilkec yes, Meier yes. Motion carried: FIRE DISTRICT REPORT Attorney Joss stated shat a hearing has been scheduled for May 2. 1978, with Jud- ge Neighbors and that the County Assessors are not sure whether thedistrict will get on the tax rules for 1978 if the election is held in May. Councilman Caranci moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried.
