HIGH WIND FENCES Councilman Mier requested that the Attorney draft an ordinance pertaining to high wind fences within the City. WEST STREET RESUR- Councilman DelPizzo requested that some- FACING thing be done about resurfacing West Street as it is in very bad condition. Mr. Wurl stated that the area is now on the City preliminary plan for improve- ments, first the water line must be re- placed before the street is resurfaced. SMELLY WATER Councilman DelPizzo stated that his water is also foul smelling and wondered if it would be possible to flush the hydrants. Mr. Wurl stated that he requested the Public Works Director to take a sample at one location to see what the problem may be. STORM SEWER IN Councilman DelPizzo stated that he would INDUSTRIAL PARK rather see the stow sewers placed in more needed areas. Mr. Wurl stated that this project is through a grant. CODE ENFORCER Mr. Wurl reported that the Code Enforcer has resigned. LIBRARY EXPANSION CouncilmanyDelPizzo requested that the City Planner and Engineer study the poss- bility of Library expansion. It was noted by staff that the entire City Hall is being studied for expansion. SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT Councilman DiCarlo asked about the pro- gress of the sidewalk replacement program. Mr . Wurl stated that the program is in- cluding almost the entire City which includes the Middle School. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the Council Comments and Committee Reports be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried.
