Mayor Weact�ak voted yes to _ _ <br /> carry the notion. , ?'" <br /> HIGH WIND FENCES Councilman Mier requested that the Attorney <br /> draft an ordinance pertaining to high wind <br /> fences within the City. <br /> WEST STREET RESUR- Councilman DelPizzo requested that some- <br /> FACING thing be done about resurfacing West <br /> Street as it is in very bad condition. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that the area is now on <br /> the City preliminary plan for improve- <br /> ments, first the water line must be re- <br /> placed before the street is resurfaced. <br /> SMELLY WATER Councilman DelPizzo stated that his water <br /> is also foul smelling and wondered if it <br /> would be possible to flush the hydrants. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that he requested the <br /> Public Works Director to take a sample <br /> at one location to see what the problem <br /> may be. <br /> STORM SEWER IN Councilman DelPizzo stated that he would <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARK rather see the stow sewers placed in <br /> more needed areas. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that this project is <br /> through a grant. <br /> CODE ENFORCER Mr. Wurl reported that the Code Enforcer <br /> has resigned. <br /> LIBRARY EXPANSION CouncilmanyDelPizzo requested that the <br /> City Planner and Engineer study the poss- <br /> bility of Library expansion. It was <br /> noted by staff that the entire City Hall <br /> is being studied for expansion. <br /> SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT Councilman DiCarlo asked about the pro- <br /> gress of the sidewalk replacement program. <br /> Mr . Wurl stated that the program is in- <br /> cluding almost the entire City which <br /> includes the Middle School. <br /> Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the Council <br /> Comments and Committee Reports be accepted <br /> and placed on file. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br /> carried. <br />
