DISTRICTS, BY REVISING CERTAIN YARD AND BULL REQUIREMENTS, BY REVISING REGULATIONS WITH RESPECT TO SIGNS AND BY REVISING THE DEFINITION - OF CERTAIN ZONING DISTRICT CATAGORIES. • WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has previously adopted the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Louisville, and, WHEREAS, from time to time the City Council, City Planning Commis- sion and City Staff have reviewed said ordinance to ascertain its adequacy and the general ability of the ordinance to regulate changing land use and development conditions, and WHEREAS, after holding properly advertised public hearings, the City Council has determined that amendment of the Zoning Ordinance is indeed desirable and necessary. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Louisville is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 1. Section 17. 12.010, Subsection G, of Chapter 17.12 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Section 17. 12.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code dealing with zoning district categories is hereby amended to read as follows, adding the following subsection: G.. Commercial neighborhood C-N - This district is comprised of areas to accomodate mixed residential and commercial uses.
