Commencing at a point on the West right-of-way line of the Colorado and Southern Railroad. from whence the Southeast corner of said Section 8 bears South 29041'34" East a distance of 1029.61 feet, said point being the true point of beginning; thence South 81°04'21" West a distance of 128.86 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of County road$124 as defined by Murphy Place Subdivision, said point also being on the South right-of-way line of the Acme Spur; thence North 15°04'10" West and along the East right-of-way line of County road *124 a distance of 61.14 feet t4 a point on the North right-of-way line of the Acme Spur; thence on a curve to the left, said curve also being the North right-of-way line of the Acme Spur, whose center bears North 52020'54" West, having a delta of 36022112", a radius of 458.34 feet, a distance of 290.94 feet measured along the arc to a point on the West right-of- way line of the Colorado and Southern Railroad; thence South 08048137" East and along the West right-of-way line of the Colorado and Southern Railroad a distance of 312.46 feet to the true point of beginning, containing .475 acres. Said parcel shall be rezoned Residential Medium Density - R-M.
