Ordinance #593 Library Book Return First Reading This ordinance was requested by the librarian so that she can enforce the law as relates to people who do not return the books. Apparently she is having slot of trouble with that and we do not have any ordinance making that law. Item 7. City Administrators Report A. Overlay Project 1978 - Enclosed is a map and estimate in the packet. We would like authorization from Council to proceed with the plans and specs and call for bids. B. Storm Sever Project 1978 - Enclosed in the packet is an estimate on this project. We would like authority from Council to proceed with the plans and specs and call for bids. C. Seal Coat Project 1978 - I am enlcosing in the packet a map and estimate of that project. We would also like approval from the Council to proceed with he plans and specs and to call for bids. D. Filter Plant Expansion 1978 - We need to discuss with Council basic ideas that Mr. Hobbs and I have as relates to the proposed filter plant expansion that will be done with the drought grant money from FmHA. I hope to have some data which will illustrate to Council the type of plant that we want to recommend and give you some idea of the location. E. Allay Project 1978 - I have enclosed in the packet a copy of the asp and estimate on this project. I would like to have Councils authority to proceed with the plans and specs and call for bids. F. Fence Quotes - Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the request for quotes. We request authority from Council to call for quotes on the fencing that is proposed that would fence the filter plant, also fence the west side of our property at the sewer plant and the east property line of the Cemetery.
