Councilman DiCarlo asked if the code for the setback was in effect when the other fence was installed; and if so, who approved the installation. Mr. Drumm stated that he was not sure and that during the time of changes. Wood Bros. was in the process of developing. After discussion Councilman Caranci moved that action be taken on the request. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes, DelPizzo no DiCarlo yes, Kilker no. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was not familiar with the area and felt that the problem whould be looked at. Councilman Caranci then moved that the property owner be allowed to put a fence in up to their property line and the ex- cess chain link fence be removed and staff study the problem of maintenance. Se- conded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call. DiCarlo no, Caranci no, Kilker no, DiLorenzo no, Meier no, DelPizzo no. . Motion defeated. Council and staff will check further into the request.
