pag; 7
411
COUNCIL COMMENTS h COMMITTEE REPORTS
CITY LAND Councilman DelPizzo requested that the City
Administrator and City Engineer check the
fence locations on the City property that
is east of the sewer plant, as he thought
that the farmer on the north side had his
fence in about 7' more then he should.
Also, the east side boundary looks as
though the City line is over there boundary.
SOUTH LOUISVILLE PARK Councilman DelPizzo asked if there has been
anything final on the land purchase for
a park in the south end of Louisville.
Mr. Wurl stated that the land is being
appraised and that there are interested
parties be contacted.
STC WATER & SEWER LINE Mr. Wurl stated that he will be meeting
with STC representatives on the matter
before the next meeting.
CITY HALL Councilman Caranci stated that he felt
there should be a study made of the City
Hall operation as there is not enough
room within the City offices to work
satisfactorily.
Mr. Wurl stated that plans are being
worked on including the library plans .
LAKE PARK CLEAN UP Councilman Meier asked about the pro-
gress of the clean up of Lake Park.
Engineer Jicinsky stated that the con-
tractor has cleaned up the concrete and
there will be some grading and seeding
done in the next couple of weeks.
LAW ENFORCEMENT IN PARKS Councilman DiCarlo requested that the
Police Department be instructed to patrol
the parks as there seems to be more
vandalism going on.
Cheif Munger stated that they have been
discussing the idea of a plain closed
policeman.
SEEPAGE OF FILTER PLANT Mr. Wurl stated that money is available to
do an engineering study on the matter.
There is some work that needs to be done
in drilling holes.
Councilman Caranci moved that the Council
comments and Committee Reports be accepted
and placed on file.
