TOWNSHIP ONE <br /> SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. . <br /> COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. <br /> WHEREAS, City Council and the City of Louisville, Colorado finds: <br /> that the property described herein is owned solely by Victor A. Carancl <br /> and Ida L. Caranci, Estes Park, Colorado; <br /> THAT more or not less than I/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed <br /> to be annexed is contiguous with the city limits of the City of Louisville; <br /> THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to <br /> be annexed and the City of Louisville; <br /> THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized <br /> in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the <br /> City of Louisville; <br /> THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for <br /> this annexation; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> SECTION 1.
