ilp REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 16 1978 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: DiCarlo, DiLorenzo, Meier, Caranci , Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl , City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Community Development Director Drumm and City Clerk Stahl . ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the May 2, 1978, meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman Caranci moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seceonded by Coun- cilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS WELCOME WAGON City Administrator Wurl read the Welcome PROCLAMATION Wagon Proclamation proclaiming the week of July 16, as Welcom Wagon Week. Mrs . Marilyn Thomsen, represented for Welcome Wagon accepted the proclamation and gave the Mayor a certificate of appreciation. FIRE DEPARTMENT SPECIAL All notices were published as necessary EVENT LIQUOR LIC. as noted by Attorney Joss. PUBLIC HEARINGS Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments for or against the application. It was stated that the event will be held on the day of the Northern Colorado Fire Fighters Assoc. relays , June 11 . Councilman DfLorenzo moved that the liquor license request be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Roll call . DelPizzo yes , Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes , DiCarlo yes , Kilker yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments from the audience. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE f594 All members of Council had before them a ENERGY STANDARDS copy of Ordinance /594 for their review FIRST READING and files . Attorney Joss gave a brief ex- planation of the ordinance and presented it on first reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #594 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Dilorenzo. Motion carried. A public hearing will be held on June 27, 1978. � �
