RESOLUTION 017 Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution PERSONNEL MANUAL 017, Series 1978 be tabled until a work session can be held. Seconded by Council man Kicker. Motion carried. WORK SESSION A work session was scheduled for June SCHEDULED 23, 1978 at 7:00 where the personnel manual will be discussed along with some water matters . FIRE DISTRICT UPDATE Attorney Joss stated that an election will be held for May 30, 1978, for the fire district with the polling places being the Fire Hall and City Hall . Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the City Attorney 's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT FENCE BID Councilman Kilker moved to accept Steel Lock Fence bid , the low bidder, in the amount of $20,670.83. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. TREE HOUSE NURSERY Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Tree House Nursery be awarded the bid in the amount of $32 ,640.00 for trees , planting and guar- antee . Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl read the correspondence. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS b CO; MITTEE REPORTS Councilman DelPizzo stated that he walked up to Lake Park and felt that the sidewalk engineering was not good . Mr. tl'url stated that the plans were taken by Ferguson , and staff and the Parks Committee added their own ideas .
