410 41/ Regular Meeting, Louisville City Council, June 6, 1978. PACE 4 THREE BAR J ANNEXATION Administrator hurl referred to the map REQUEST each councilman had available. He refreshed Council's memory of when Three Bar J had come in before Continental View Estates was actually annexed to the City and re- quested the City to extend water lines and utilize septic tanks on ten (10) lots of an already platted subdivision on the north edge of Continental View. At that time Council turned down this request for two reasons; one, the proximity near our reservoir, and secondly, permitting the utilization of septic tanks within the City and they were not contiguous at that time, but they are now and therefore, requesting Council con- sider them for annexation. Councilman Meier asked Administrator Wurl what is the availability to serve them utilities? Wurl: When Continental View Estates have completed their development, after review, 3 Bar J may not be able to build basement homes. In order to drop a sewer line deep enough in that location could cost the developers of Continental View an additional $50,000. They had been advised of this cost by Director Dennis Drumm by letter, and to date have not received a reply. Director Drumm explained that some of the 10 lots would be able to obtain base- ment drains, the remainder could have a tri- level or bi-level home. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the 3 Bar J annexation be referred to the Planning Com- mission for review and recommendations. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Question called for. 3 Ayes - opposed, Council DiCarlo. Motion carried. Mr. Conarroe asked how many acres? Drumm replied approximately 5 acres. A&B LIQUOR LICENSE Councilman DelPizzo moved that A. & B. Liquor RENEWAL License be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. 4 ayes, none opposed. Motion carried.
