<br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF
<br /> LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, PARTS OF SECTION
<br /> 4,5, AND 9, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69
<br /> WEST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLO-
<br /> RADO.
<br /> WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been submitted to the City of
<br /> Louisville by Danailoff, King, Foster, Ebers, and Santini; end,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has, after a duly held public hearing,
<br /> determined that the proposed area is eligible for annexation to the City of
<br /> Louisville; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that an election is not required for such
<br /> annexation to be completed.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br /> OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described property situated in the County
<br /> of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit:
<br /> A parcel of land in the South half of Section 4, the Southeast quarter of
<br /> Section 5 and the Northeast quarter of Section 9, T1S, R69W of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , Boulder County, Colorado, described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 4 thence East, 71 feet,
<br /> along the South line of said Section 4 to a point on the Easterly City limits
<br /> of the City of Louisville and the True Point of Beginning;
<br /> thence East, 2080 feet, along said City limits and the South line of said
<br /> Section 4;
<br /> thence North, 809.07 feet, parallel to the West line of said Section 4;
<br /> thence West, 2151 feet, parallel to the South line of said Section 4
<br /> to the West line of said Section 4;
<br /> thence continuing along said City Limits West, 30 feet, to the West line
<br /> of StateHighway No. 42;
<br /> thence, leaving said City Limits, North, 647.09 feet, parallel to and 30
<br /> feet West of the West line of said Section 4 and along the West ROW line
<br /> of said Highway;
<br /> thence East, 30 feet, to the West line of said Section 4;
<br /> thence, N39° 27'45" W 73.93' more or less, to the East ROW line of State
<br /> Highway No. 42;
<br /> thence, N 89° 27'45" W 1294.00 feet; thence N 00 09'35" E 524-51 feet;
<br /> thence, N 090 27'45" E 207.52 feet; thence N 890 27'45" E 1056 feet
<br /> parallel to the East-West Centerline to the North-South Centerline of said
<br /> Section 4:
<br /> thence, S 0° 13'24" W, 660 feet, along said North-South Centerline,
<br /> parallel to the West line of said Section 4 to the Northwest corner of the
<br /> Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 4;
<br /> thence, East, 355 feet, parallel to the South line of said Section 4;
<br /> thence South, 1320 feet, parallel to the West line to the South line of
<br /> said Section 4;
