« i � RESOLUTION NO. S©tIES 1978 A resolution setting forth findings of fact and ooncluRlons of the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, pertaining to the petition for annexation submitted to the City by DenaIloif, !King, Foster, There, and Santilli. WHEREAS, the above listed real property owners have petitioned the City of Louisville for annexation of their property located in the South half of Section 4. Southeast quarter of Section 3 and Northeast quarter of Section 9, Township I South, Rang* 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Boulder County, State of Colorado; and, WHEREAS, not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous to the City of Louisville; and WHEREAS, a community of interest exists between the proposed annexation and the City of Louisville; that the proposed annexation is urban or will be urbanized in the future; and that the proposed annexation is integrated with or is capable of being integrated with the City of Louisville; and, WHEREAS, there are not any tracts or parcels which will be divided by this annexation; and, WHEREAS, all tracts or parcels of property comprising twenty acres or more are included in this annexation based upon the written application and consent of the recorded owner thereof; and, WHEREAS, there are no resolutions or petitions outstanding for the annexation of the area in question herein to any other municipality; and, WHEREAS, an annexation election is not required to be held to annex this proposed area to the City of Louisville. NOW THEREFORE, It being hereby determined after a properly advertised public hearing that the proposed area is eligible for annexation to the City of Louisville and It being further determined that an election Is not required for such annexation to be completed, the City Council of the City of Louisville
