Motion by DelPizzo <br /> that the City smooth out pathway for easy walking over <br /> the tracks. Seconded by Meier, if the RR has no ob- <br /> jections to city smoothing over the area. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MEIER Meier reported on July b meeting of Consortium of Cities, <br /> Solid waste management plan; replacing the green boxes <br /> in the mountains (4 mile canyon) with trash compactors. <br /> Charge would be 1/2 price of regular costs, but why <br /> support the one living in the mountains. Meier believes <br /> the City should make a comment to the County Consortium <br /> that we do not approve of this.
