He then read Ordinance No. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING 619 on second reading by title only. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> Mr. Richard Snow, representing STC, <br /> spoke in favor of the zoning. <br /> There were no other comments, public <br /> hearing was closed. <br /> Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance <br /> No. 619 be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> WATERSHARES Mr. Snow presented the Mayor with a <br /> certificate for one share of water from <br /> the South Boulder Coal Creek Ditch. <br /> ( ORDINANCE NO. 62]. Attorney Joss stated that the notice of <br /> SECOND READING public hearing had been published. <br /> BOND GUARANTEE He then read Ordinance No. 621 on second <br /> reading by title only. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br /> No. 621 be adopted. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 34 Mr. Drumm reviewed the request for <br /> TRACK INN SPECIAL Council stating that the Planning REVIEW Commission did recommend approval of the <br /> request. <br /> Mayor Waschak asked for audience com- <br /> ments in regards to the special review <br /> use. <br /> Mr. Norm Mossoni, property owner across <br /> from the Track Inn stated that he was not <br /> in favor of the request and noted several <br /> problems which they felt were caused <br /> by patrons of the Track Inn. <br /> Mr. Sam Duran stated that he too was <br /> against the request and commented on <br /> the bad language and continual noise. <br />
