RESOLUTION MO. 40 Attorney Joss read Resolution #40 stating RAILROAD CROSSING that this resolution is being done to SO. BOULDER ROAD change the amount of money the City will contribute on the project. Attorney Joss read the resolution in full. After comments, Councilman Meier moved that Resolution #40 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. LIND SUIT Attorney Jets reported that Lind has left Colorado and the City will : request • dismissal of the case. RIIZZI SUIT Attorney Joss reported that the suit has been turned over to the City Lawrence company. INSURANCE COMPANIES Attorney Joss reported that the City is not having very good luck incbtatagg iu- surance for the police department; however, they are still submitting applications. APPROVAL OF ATTORNEY REPORT Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried.
