Louisville Volunteer lire Department to the Louisville Fire Protection • District. —r WHEREAS, by an Order and Decree the District Court in and for the County of Boulder and State of Colorado, entered on the 5th day of June, 1978, the Louisville Firs Protection District was duly formed and organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado; and, AREAS, the City Council had previously agreed that upon the formation of the Louisville Fire Protection District the equipment and assets of the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department would be transferred by the City to the Firs Protection District ; and WHEREAS, the City has agreed to transfer all of the vehicles and equipment currently utilized by the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department to the Louisville Fire Protection District for the sum of $1.00; and WHEREAS, the City has agreed to transfer the Louisville Fire Hall to the Louisville Fire Protection District for the sum of *67,057.00; and, WHEREAS, to implement the completion of the transfer of these assets, it is necessary that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary contracts, title documents, and bill of sale to accomplish the transfer of these assets. NOW, THEREFORE, Let it be resolved that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, does hereby authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign the necessary contracts, titles, and bills of sale to transfer the equipment and assets currently utilized by the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department to the Louisville
