Block Fifteen (1S) , CALSDOSIA PLACE, City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. Seller shall convey fee simple title to Buyer by good and sufficient warranty deed dated June 1, 1989, after Buyer has made full and complete payment to Seller. Buyer agrees to pay to the order of the Seller as the _entire purchase price of said property the sum of $67,957.00, payable as follows: The sum of $566.31 to be paid on or before the first day of each month hereafter beginning June 1, 1979, said payments to be applied totally to the unpaid balance of principal. Buyer further agrees as follows: That Buyer will pay before penalty attaches thereto, all taxes due and payable in the year 1979, and all subsequent years and all special assessments heretofore or hereafter levied; that any buildings, any improve- ments now on said land, of which shall hereafter be erected, placed or made thereon, shall not be removed therefrom, but shall be and remain the property of the Seller until this contract has been fully performed; that a;:yer at its own expense, will insure the building on said premises commencing on January 1, 1979, and will keep the building insured at all times thereafter with a reliable insurance company, to be approved for the purpose by the Seller, against loss by fire, or destruction in at least the sum • ._ �a�r
