Anderson; sod THAT more or not less thah 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and THAT a community of interest exists between the terri- tory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT C::DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1.
