<br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE
<br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO,
<br /> PART OF SECTION 21, AND PART
<br /> of SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 1
<br /> SOUTH, RANGE 99 WEST, COUNTY
<br /> OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO.
<br /> WUERZAS, City Council and the City of Louisville,
<br /> Colorado, finds: that the property described herein ie owned
<br /> solely by W. D. Anderson and baby J. Anderson; and
<br /> THAT more or not lees than 1/S of the perimeter of
<br /> the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City
<br /> limits of the City of Louisville; and
<br /> THAT a community of interest exists between the terri-
<br /> tory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and
<br /> THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or
<br /> will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable
<br /> of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and
<br /> THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is
<br /> not required for this annexation; and
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> Section 1. That the following described property
<br /> situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed
<br /> to the City of Louisville, to-wit:
<br /> A parcel of land in the 3* of the SWI of
<br /> Section 21 and the N* of the NT* of Section 28,
<br /> T1S, RB9W of the 6t1+ P.M. , Boulder County,
<br /> Colorado, described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the NW corner of said Section
<br /> 28, thence South 30 feet, along the Nest lire of
<br /> said Section 28, to the South line of Carbon Road
<br /> (County Road # 19); thence East, 30 feet, along
<br /> the South line of Carbon Road to the point of
