DILL PAYING EY COMPUTER Mr. Wurl stated that with the computer, the cut off date for paying is sooner and many bills are coming in after that date which could be discounted if paid by a certain date. Staff requested Council's authorization to pay City bills bimonthly. Councilman 'talker moved that the finance committee meet twice monthly and bills paid twice ronthly. . Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. LEASE QUOTES Mr. Wurl stated that the low quote for the lease on the dump trucks, pickups and water wagon was Jefferson Bank & Trust. Council requested that a tabulation of all the bidders be submitted at the next meeting. CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS b COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilman DiCarlo requested that the amount of building permits issued in 1977 and 1978 be checked out for the next meeting. FILLING HOLES Councilman DiCarlo asked if something could be done in filling some of the bad holes in the streets that are being worked on until that are overlayed. Mayor suggested cold mix bo ut in until they can be repaired correctly. SIP PLAN Councilman Meier stated that he would like STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN to get some conments from Council and -staff AIR POLLUTION after they have reviewed the plan. •
