Director Stahl, City Treasurer Henson, <br /> andCity Clerk Stahl. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor waschak and Council approved <br /> the minutes of the February b, 1979, <br /> meeting as presented. <br /> ENCLOSURERS Councilman Caranci moved that en- <br /> closurors be accepted and brought up <br /> under the proper head of business. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiCanlo. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> DRCOG REGIONAL HOUSING PLAN Director of Community Development, <br /> Dennis Drumm, stated that the first <br /> RESOLUTION #5 letter the City sent to DRCOC was not <br /> in favor of the Regional Rousing Plan, <br /> however, DRCOG has been in contact with <br /> the City and have discussed the items <br /> which there were problems With. <br /> He stated that the primary question <br /> was in relation to the Metropolitan <br /> Housing District and a Resolution <br /> has been drafted pertaining to this. <br /> He stated that under the plan the pro- <br /> posed housing would come from the <br /> proposed annexation developments and <br /> there would also be rehab work done <br /> and elderly housing projects. <br /> After discussion Mr. Drumm read <br /> Resolution #5, Series 1979. Councilman <br /> Berry requested that the wording <br /> in the Resolution stating that the City <br /> agrees to bake any housing assistance <br /> plan required by the Dept. of Sousing <br /> and Urban Development, generally con- <br /> sistent with the Regional Housing <br /> Opportunity Plan be changed to include <br /> "consistent with the f needs of the City <br /> of Louisville and. . . <br /> With no other comments Councilman Meier <br /> moved that Resolution #S, Series 1979 <br /> be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Berry. Motion carried by vote 4 - 1. <br />
