aggregate principal amount of the Series 1986 Bonds maturing in 1998, and the Series 1986 Bonds maturing in the years 1999 to 2000, inclusive, being Series 1986 Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $1,460,000, and ( ii) the Series 1987 Bonds. Owner: the registered owner of any Bond, as shown by the registration books maintained by the Bond Registrar. Paying Agent: Central Bank Denver, National Association, Denver, Colorado, or its successor, which shall perform the function of paying agent with respect to the Bonds. Paying Agent and Registrar Agreement: the agreement between the City and the Paying Agent/Registrar, dated as of September 1, 1989, concerning registration and payment of the Bonds. Preliminary Official Statement: the Preliminary Official Statement dated August 29, 1989, concerning the Bonds and the City. Project: paying and cancelling obligations which constitute encumbrances upon City water rights under certain water purchase agreements and notes, and for acquiring additional water rights, for use in connection with the City's water system. Project Account: the "City of Louisville General Obligation Water Bond Project Account, 1989" established by the provisions of this Ordinance. Rebate Account: the "General Obligation Water Bond Rebate Account, 1989", established by the provisions of this Ordinance. Record Date: the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month next preceding any interest payment date. Refunding Bonds: the portion of the Bonds issued for the purpose of paying the principal of, premium if any, and interest on the Outstanding Bonds, and for the purpose of paying the costs of such refunding procedure.
