ORDINANCE ::O. 640 - • AN ORDINANCE AN EXI:m; TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. COLORADO. PART OF SECTION 7, TC%VNS+IIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS, City Council and the City of Louisville, • Colorado, finds: that the property described herein is owned • Joan C. P3]]legrini-Pray; and - THAT more or not loss than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and THAT a community of interest exists between the terri- tory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; and NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section_ 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit : A part of the Northeast } of the Northeast } of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , F3vulder County, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East Line of the said Northeast } of the Northeast } from whence the Northeast Corner of said Section 7 bears N 00°03' 12"W, 30.00' , said point being on the South Right-of-Way Line of South Boulder Road; thence S O0°00' 12"E, along the East Line of the said Northeast 1 of the Northeast 3 , 349.03' to the Northerly .boundary of Hillsborough West Subdivision .
