Council=an Caranci moved that the Petition for Initiative be denied. Seconded by Councilman DelPizto. Roll call. Berry ; es, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes. Meier yes. Notion carried. POSS Councilman DiCarlo stated that due to the ANNEXATION REQUEST heavy load now on Planning Commission, he moved that all action on the Foss Annex- ation request referring the matter to the Planning Commission be deferred until the first Council meeting in June. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. KENNETH HIGHFILL Mr. M.idyctte stated that the matter had been ANNEXATION REQUEST brought to staff earlier and at staff's 10.0 ACRES request the matter was tabled, therefore they were requesting that action be taken as soon as possible. Councilman DiCarlo stated that since this was has been tabled at staff's request earlier he moved that the matter be pre- sented to the Planning Commission for their review at their first meeting of May. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried.
