APRIL 17. 1979 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, lilker and DelPiszo. Others present t Ci Administrator :: • War', City Attorney Jost City Planner Dru , City Richardson, Parks & Rec. Dirac. Stahl, ms , and City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer Reason. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved tha minutes of the April 3, 1979, Council meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman Meier moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS L & L CONST. PAY Councilman Berry moved that payment to ESTIMATE #1 STORM SEWERS L & L Construction Company, in the amount of $43,040.85 be approved and a check issued for the same. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Motion carried. HOWARD BIXLER WATER Councilman Berry moved that the Mayor CONTRACT and City Clerk's signatures be authorised on the Bixler water contract for the purchase of 15 shares of Leyner Cottonwood Ditch. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. NORMAN FLEET WATER Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Mayor CONTRACT and City Clerk's signatures be authorized on the Norman Fleet water contract for the purchase of 95 shares of Leyner Cotton- wood Ditch. Second by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT RESOLUTION #8, FINAL Mr. Bill Shuler reviewed the proposed PLAT AND F.U.D. CTC. plans for CTC, approximately 228 acres. He stated that elevation of the build- ings is limited to 50 feet. Attorney Joss read Resolution #8, Series 1979. Councilman Caranci moved that Resolution #8, Series 1979 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Boll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Meier yes. Kilker yes. Motion carried.
