Tie vote <br /> Mayor Waschak voted yes to carry the <br /> motion denying the fishing request. <br /> PRESENTATION OF THE Parks & Rec. Dirac. Stahl gave a brief <br /> PROPOSED LOUISVILLE presentation on the plans and then <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER introduced Dennis Strah and Keith Carney <br /> the developers of the plans. <br /> Mr. Strah gave a presentation pertaining <br /> to the land development and Mr. Carney <br /> presented the building plans. <br /> Councilman Meier asked about bike paths. <br /> Mr. Strah stated that they have not been <br /> formally entered into the plan as this <br /> time, but would be at a later date. <br /> Council commented that they would like <br /> to see a large kitchen facility on the <br /> first level for banquet type dinners. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was <br /> looking more for a facility for the <br /> senior citizen and as an overall pro- <br /> ject he like; however, he felt there <br /> should be facilities for the seniors <br /> and also a large room for a possible <br /> community dance or something of that <br /> nature which would draw a large crowd. <br /> Mr. Stahl commented that they had hoped <br /> to make the parks building on Grant the <br /> senior citizen recreation area. <br /> He also stated that the presentation is <br /> for Council to see and make comments <br /> and suggestions on and that they would <br /> appreciate any suggestions. <br /> The financial feasibility was questioned <br /> for the construction of the plan. <br /> Mr. Stahl reported that the plan will be <br /> done in a way, if necessary, to be built <br /> in stages. <br /> Councilman Kilker stated that he would <br /> like to see a kitchen on the main level <br /> that would serve approx. 300 people. <br />
