City Attorney Report A. Ord. #646 Liquor in Parks Second Reading This relates to minors and liquor In the parks. B. Ord. #647 Building Permit Valuation First Reading This is an update amending our building code, so as to provide a realistic square foot cost figure on which we can base the valuation of the permits. C. Ord. #648 Amend Cemetery Rules and Regulations First Reading. We have enclosed a copy of this in the packet. Basically what this does is to amend our rules and regulations so to provide for the way the ownership is broken down in the Cemetery at present, instead of just City ownership. Item 7. Enclosed is a copy of the bid tabulation on this project. C. Award Bid Street Overlay Project Flatiron Paving Low Bidder. Enclosed is a copy of the bid tabulation. D. Report on concrete project. I a■ sorry to say that we received no bids on our con- crete replacement or the new concrete project. E. Report on fence - Helart Park The fence was completed on schedule last Friday. F. Hillhouse Wells authorize Architectural Agreement for City Hall . As you know we have changed architects on the City Hall and we need council 's authorization and the Mayor to sign the contract with Hlllhous Wells so they can proceed.
