411 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 151 1979 Mayor Waachak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: DiCarlo, ::vier, Berry, Caranci, Kilker and DelPisso. Others present: City Adninistretor Hurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, ity Enjtneer Richardson, City Treasurer Beeson end Deputy City Clink Mudsock. APPBflVAL OP MINOTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the May 1, 1979 meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiCarlo moved that en- closurers be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Del- Pizzo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS WATER CONTRACT It was noted that the price of water CITY OF THORNTON is the same as the City has been Councilman Berry moved that the Mayor and City Clerks signatures be autho- rised on the water contract for the purchase of 5 shares of Marshall ( Lake Water from the City of Thornton. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Kilker yes, DelPizso yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. JINKEN INC. LIQUOR LICENSE Councilman Kilker moved that the Jimken RENEWAL Inc. Liquor License renewal for the Depot be approved. Seconded by Coun- cilman DslPiszo. Roll call. Mater yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes , Kilker yes. Motion carried. KIP MILLER FENCE REQUEST fir. Wu►rl reviewed the request for a fence on City property with Council. He stated that the fence would be on City property and there way be a pro- . blem when the easement nraded to be utilized. Mr. [furl state:l that if Council would decide to approve the location of the fence, a license would be issued to the property owner. Attorney Joss stated that it would be his feeling that the license, if approved be recorded with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder for future owners would be aware of the conditions.
