Minutes ea& 4 <br /> June 5, 1979 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 648 Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br /> CONTINUED No. 648 be ordered published. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Kilker, Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Stahl asked for some input by Council <br /> in regards to the regulations. <br /> He pointed out the permit requirement <br /> stating that it is a common practice <br /> and helps alleviate many problems. <br /> He also stated that he would like to <br /> require that concrete or fiborglass <br /> vaults be installed as it would help <br /> in the future with maintenance. <br /> He stated that there are state funds <br /> available to help families who would <br /> not be able to afford the vaults and <br /> the staff would be willing to help the <br /> parties apply for the funds if needed. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo stated that he did <br /> not like the idea of people having to <br /> pay more money for the added items. <br /> Mr. Stahl pointed out that there are <br /> state funds that could be applied for. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12 Attorney Rautenstraus read Resolution No. <br /> ESTABLISHING A 12, Series 1979. Councilman Caranci <br /> HISTORICAL COMMISSION coved that Resolution No. 12 be adopted. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Mr. Stahl reported that one of the first <br /> steps would be to have the City surveyed <br /> for old buildings of historical nature <br /> and hopefully locating a building for <br /> a mueseum. <br /> VERNICE SULLIVAN Attorney Rautenstraus stated that the <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE REQUEST application was in order and recommended <br /> the public hearing be set for the first <br /> meeting in July. Councilman Caranci moved <br /> that the notice be published and a public <br /> hearing be set for July 3, 1979. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> FIRE DEPT. SPECIAL Attorney Rautenstraus stated that the date <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE is July 15 . 1979 for a softball fame. <br /> Ho sated that the application was in <br /> order. Councilman DelPizzo moved that <br /> notice be published and a public hearing <br /> set for June 26, 1979. Seconded by <br /> Coun iln:u Bc.rry. Motio:i carried. <br />
