Motion carried. • CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT SEAL COAT PROJECT Mr. Hurl stated that Flatiron Paving was the AWARD RID low bidder and recommended Council approval of their. contract. Councilman Caranci moved that Flatiron Paving be awarded the contract for Seal Coating in the amount of $20,935.20. Seconded by Council- man Berry. Motion carried. ALLEY PAVING PROJECT Mr. Wurl reported that Flatiron Paving was the AWARD BID low bidder in the amount of $10,450.80 and recommended Council approve their bid. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Flatiron Paving be awarded the Alley Paving contract in the amount of $10,450. 80. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. STREET OVERLAY Mr. Wurl reported that Flatiron Paving was the PROJECT AWARD BID low bidder in the amount of $70,244.94 and recommended that Council approve their bid. Councilman Caranci moved that Flatiron Paving be awarded the contract for the Street Overlay project in the amount of $70,244. 94. Seconded . by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. CONCRETE PROJECTS Mr. Wurl stated that no bids came in on the Concrete Projects. He stated that he would come back to Council before any action is taken on the two projects. HELART PARK FENCE Mr. Wurl reported that the fence at Helart Park was installed on schedule. HILLHOUSE WELLS CON- Mr. Wurl stated that staff is requesting that TRACT CITY HALL the Mayor be authorized to sign the agreement REMODELING with Hillhouse/Wells to finish the architectural drawings for the City Hall remodeling. Mr. Wurl stated that all reports were returned to the City that were prepared by Mr. Cobern. He also stated that the percentage figure was 8% - actually less then Mr. Coberns. Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. Hillhouse will be presenting some new skeims for Council to review and discuss.
