WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property is solely owned by Nelle Green and that said owner has petitioned for annexation to the City; and, THAT more or not less than 1'6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and THAT a con:-unit_ c` interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being interatea into the City of Louisville; and THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1.
