Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes , Meier yes, DelPisso yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. TAYLOR EXCAVATING Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Change CHANGE ORDER REQUEST Order for Taylor Excavating be approved in the amount of $9, 715. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Mr. curl explained why the were necessary change, ie 1 service serving two dwellings, also a tap off of service line for hydrants. After comments the motion carried. FLATIRON PAVING CO. Councilman Berry moved that the payment PAY EST. #2 to Flatiron Paving Co. be approved in INDUSTRIAL PARK the amount of $20,869. 61. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Roll call. DiCarlo yes , Caranci yea, Berry yes, Meier yes, DelPLzzo yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. A;{ERICAN PIPELINE Council an Meier moved that the American PAY EST. Pipeline pay eat be approved in the amount of $20,044. 75. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes, Meier yes , DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. AMERICAN PIPELINE Councilman Meier questioned the amounts CHANGE ORDER REQUEST on the change order. Mr. hurl stated that he would check the items listed on the change order. GREG RITZ FENCE REQUEST Mr. Creg Ritz, 1432 Franklin Avenue, re- quested that the fence that is already standing on his property be allowed to remain as in. Council viewed the photographs taken by Mr. Ritz showing that the fence did not obstruct the view of oncoming traffic. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that Mr. Ritz's fence request be approved Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call Caranci no, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzu yes, Berry yes, Meier yes , Kilker no. Motion carried 4 - 2.
