Motion <br /> carried. <br /> WATER RIGHT LEASE Mr. Wurl stated that the City has pur- <br /> MC GINN DITCH chased water shares which they can not <br /> use at the present time and recommended <br /> to Council that they lease the 1.5 shares <br /> of stock in the McGinn Ditch to Mr. Bill <br /> • Suitt* for irrigation. <br /> Mr. Wurl noted the advantage to the City <br /> is that the water is put to beneficial <br /> use which will help the City when they <br /> transfer it. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor <br /> and City Clerk be authorized to sign the <br /> lease agreement for the 1.5 shares of <br /> McGinn Ditch stock to Bill Suitts for <br /> the 1979 irrigation season only. Se- <br /> conded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that the City <br /> Administrator' s report be accepted and <br /> kept on file. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> WIDENING OF SOUTH BOULDER Mr. Wurl stated that the City has been <br /> ROAD working towards the west on widening <br /> South Boulder Rd. <br /> FENCE AT MINERS FIELD Councilman DiCarlo asked about the re- <br /> placement of fence that was put up by <br /> the parties installing the walk. <br /> Parks & Rec. Direct. Stahl stated that <br /> the fence was needing replacement and <br /> the City would be paying for it. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo felt it should be <br /> the responsibility of the person who <br /> removed the fence to do the work. <br />
