M I X
•
NY 11 1979
LYNN KUYKENDALL
F." ' ' S rt -a . !
_ May 10, 1979
Dennis A. Drumm
Director of Community Development
City of Louisville
749 Main Street
Louisville, Colorado 80027
Dear Denny:
I am writing to inquire about the status of connecting
on to the Louisville waterline that has been recently, in-
stalled in Centennial View Drive. As you will recall, I
discussed with you this matter back in 1978 and sent to you
a written indication of my desire and willingness to pay
the appropriate tap fee and 1/2 of the cost of the water
lint necessary to serve my property. Since several of
my neighbors have already had the installation completed
and I have not been contacted, I thought it best to con-
tact you.
It is my understanding from my discussions with you
and Mr. Wurl that the water service is made available on
the basis that the user would pay 1 1/2 times the regular
City of Louisville tap fee and a monthly water charge of
1 1/2 times the normal City of Louisville water rate. It
is my understanding that this rate is being charged since
the property is not located within the city limits of
Louisville but that it would not be a condition of water
service that the property be annexed.
I realize that your office is extremely busy, but I
would appreciate hearing from you in this matter as it
would appear to be the appropriate time to make the necessary
water tap.
Very truly yours,
4$4.4444/444
Lynn Kuykendall
7981 South Boulder Road
Boulder, Colorado 80303
Office: 443-8010
LK/kl
