Cederborg: Mr, Mayor, my nave is Jim Caderberg, I live at 1307 Franklin Ct. Louisville. I think first of all it is inappropriate to put a time limit on my remarks since.Mt. Cedsrberg: I've talked to this Council a number of times before, and during my prior talk to this Council, I have tried to present facts as I believe them to be. It's obvious that the Council doesn't want facts since the Council has essntially no more facts at this time then the Planning Commission had before it on February 13, when the dye was cast for this event. Rather tonight I would like to talk about my feelings. Mr. Kahan as an outsider has expressed his feelings I think that I as an insider, a resident of this community should be permitted to express mine. As I sit here tonight and watch helplessly as the final step in the Centennial Valley Msll gets hustled through this Council, without consideration of its consequences and without a single descending vote from any member of this body, I have feelings of sadness and remorse It hurts and it is going to hurt for many years to come and slot more nonsense from Mr. Kahan, well now that we have kicked you let's get up and be buddies, is not going to make it hurt any less. I am especially sad because after your vote is cast tonight, and if, and I believe it is a matter of when this mall fails and this project turns and consumes this community, there won't be any joy, there will be no winners, I can't come in and say I told you so because it won't do any good then. There will only an una gated catastrophe. Now the future is a long time gentlemen, and there is no question that your decision tonight will change the shape of this towns future. If you are ever going to change your minds, you have got to do it now. If you don't, on September 16, that bulldozer will be fired up and it will tear into our backyard and into the hearts of many of us in this community.
